Greek shipowner George Economou is continuing an apparent drive to dispose of vintage bulkers.
Broking sources in the US and in Europe said his US-listed DryShips has sold the 75,000-dwt Maganari (built 2001).
The Kanasashi Heavy Industries-built ship has reportedly gone to an undisclosed buyer for $10m. The vessel is due for dry docking in the coming year.
DryShips did not respond to requests for comment.
