Bulker operator and logistics group Delta Corp has had its name circulated by the Baltic Exchange for allegedly not paying invoices owed to the organisation’s members.
The move follows multiple claims over alleged debts owed by the company to parties including shipbrokers and owners, sources with knowledge of the situation said.
Several Baltic Exchange members have complained, which prompted the Baltic to issue a warning to the London-headquartered company on 27 January, the sources said.
