New York-listed shipowner Costamare Inc is plotting a spin-off of its bulker business to boost value and financial flexibility.
It said it will form a stand-alone entity, Costamare Bulkers Holdings, giving it two listed operations in the US.
Costamare Inc has a market capitalisation of $1.23bn
