Belgian shipowner CMB.Tech continues to spend big on Golden Ocean Group shares as it pursues a likely merger.
An Oslo Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday revealed that the Saverys family-controlled company has acquired a further 10.3m shares in the bulker owner for $83.36m in open-market transactions.
