Chandris (Hellas) has sold the oldest ship in its dry bulk fleet.
Managing director John Skordias confirms that the Greek shipowner has divested the DSME-built 74,400-dwt panamax Amira (built 2001) but would not comment on the price.
The bulker has already been renamed Dubai Pride and is now in the managed fleet of India’s Hermes Maritime.
VesselsValue estimates the ship is worth $8.6m,
