Chatter in shipbroking circles was this week linked Jeppe Jensen’s Celsius Shipping with a $100m-plus swoop for a series of five modern ultramax bulkers.
The rumours come at the same time as the Danish owner is believed to be taking a profit on two ships bought last year.
Dry cargo market sources were this week connecting Celsius with the purchase of three 64,000-dwt bulkers under construction at Yangfan.
