Continuing the market comedown which began the week, capesize bulker rates appear to be muted towards the end of the week.
The past couple of days have seen prices almost plateau, following last week’s highs, with average capesize spot rates on the Baltic Exchange currently at $21,190 per day, seeing a minor overnight drop and a 3% slip from Monday.
