Croatian bulker owner Atlantska Plovidba’s investors have voted to approve its delisting.
Shareholders backed the removal of the company from the Zagreb Stock Exchange at a general meeting.
The shipowner will buy out those investors who rejected the plan at a fair price if requested to do so, it told the bourse.
