British prime minister Boris Johnson has offered to help demine Ukrainian ports in a bid to restart grain shipments from the country.
At a Parliamentary Liaison Committee meeting — which mostly drew attention because of the increasing questions around Johnson’s political future — he said London’s marine insurance market would also play a role in covering shipments out of the Black Sea through the Bosporus.
