Big payday approaches for Frode Teigen as major Belships investors line up to sell to EnTrust Global

The offer period for the Belships takeover bid has begun, with insiders confirming they will sell their combined 62% stake in the bulker owner to a fund managed by financier EnTrust Global.

This means around 30 days remain for over 90% of Belships’ total votes to be pledged in favour of the offer for the takeover by Blue Northern BLK to be completed.
