Norwegian bulker owner Belships has agreed to sell and lease back one of its Japan-built ultramax newbuildings.
The Oslo-listed firm said it will sell the 64,000-dwt Belyamato for an undisclosed price to an unnamed buyer.
The bulker, which is set for delivery from Imabari in November, will be bareboat chartered back to Belships for 10 years.
