The Baltic Exchange has moved swiftly to replace two top executives who quit their positions in Singapore.
Taking over Chris Jones’ role as head of Asia Pacific is Lu Su Ling, who joined the Baltic from its Singapore Exchange (SGX) parent in January.
Jones left the Baltic last Friday after resigning in order to pursue other personal interests.
Lu, who has an accounting background and holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, has been with SGX since 2001.
