London-listed bulker owner Taylor Maritime Investments has today become just Taylor Maritime as part of a corporate reorganisation.
The handysize specialist, led by chief executive Edward Buttery, transferred its listing from a closed-ended investment fund to the commercial company category on the London Stock Exchange on Monday.
The change was approved by shareholders in a vote on 13 January and will also see the board beefed up.
