Norway’s Wilson has sold its Euro Container Lines (ECL) subsidiary to Samskip, as the latter looks to strengthen its position in the Nordic region.
The Icelandic company is paying EUR 2.5m ($2.79m) for ECL while Wilson will recognize a loss of EUR 0.7m from the deal.
