Taiwan’s Wan Hai Lines has posted another positive result in the third quarter.

Net earnings were TWD 68.15m ($2.14m), against TWD 1.05bn in the same period of 2015.

Revenue fell to TWD 14.06bn from TWD 15.27bn, but so did costs, to TWD 12.8bn from TWD 14.19bn.

In 2015 it was boosted by non-operating gains of TWD 1.75bn, however.

The shipowner was the only one of 13 leading lines to post a profit in the second quarter.
