Star Reefers has secured an injunction against Joint Fruit Co (JFC) to prevent a reefer chartering row being fought in Russia.
London high court judge Justice Teare has extended a short term anti-suit injunction against JFC to allow Star Reefers to pursue resolution of a dispute in the English courts.
