A dire first half lies ahead for Sado Steamship which is predicting a weaker full year as sales are expected to drop.
The Japanese ferry owner did, however, report improved results for the full year to the end of December despite a slight fall in revenues.
Sado is braced for a net loss of JPY 385m ($4.61m) for the six months to the end of June.
