Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) board member Brian Salerno has resigned from the company.
The Miami cruiseship giant, the world’s third largest, provided no reason for the departure.
“The resignation did not involve a disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices,” NCL said in filing with the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
Salerno has been an independent director on NCL’s board since January 2014.
