A third US judge has rejected claims by a physical supplier that it has a lien on a vessel because of fuel purchased though collapsed OW Bunker.
US District Judge Benjamin Settle, of the federal court in Tacoma, Washington, ruled in favour of Taiwan's Yang Ming Marine in a lawsuit over fuel delivered to its 5,550-teu containership YM Success (built 2004).
