On Friday affiliates of the bankrupt Danish fuel supplier filed a complaint against the 3,400-teu Box Trader (built 2010) in California.
While details are scarce market sources tell TradeWinds that the dispute likely stems from an overdue invoice.
On the same day OW Bunker USA and OW Bunker North America filed their complaint the judge overseeing the case, Patrick Walsh, issued a warrant to arrest the Box Trader.
