The Somaligovernment said no ransom was paid for the release of the seafarers from the 29,700–dwtship (built 1984).
The vessel was seized off the Seychelles in December 2010 and freed with mostof the crew last October after a ransom of $600,000 was reportedly paid.
Pirates shot dead one of the Syrian crew members in August over delayedpayments, while another seafarer was injured.
