On Friday afternoon a spokesman issued a statement to alert clients that Andreas Opatz will “relinquish his duties” as a director and partner on 31 January.
“They are parting company on account of differing views on Schlussel’s future course,” the operator added in the late-breaking announcement.
In addition, it pointed out that Opatz will cease to serve as the managing director of other Schlussel affiliates when he sets sail next week.
