Norway's Ocean Yield has snapped up four containerships for charter to Belgian operator CMB.
The company said it had agreed to acquire four 2014-built 3,800-teu units backed by 12-year bareboat deals to companies owned and guaranteed by CMB.
These appear to be the 3,823-teu Livorno Express, Detroit Express, Genoa Express and Barcelona Express, currently owned by CMB's Delphis arm.
Ocean Yield is paying $120m en bloc, net of pre-paid charter-hire.
