Maersk Container Industry (MCI) has designed a refrigerated box suitable for cargo care by being as hygienic as possible.
The Star Cool machine feeds a wide range of data to any standard monitoring system, MCI said.
Savings from this new technology have the potential to be measured in millions of US dollars, the company added.
