Maersk-controlled Hamburg Sud has redelivered the three boxships it provided for the Europe to South America run SAWC.
Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM and CoscoCS have taken the vessels.
It dumped the ships to comply with European competition rules following its takeover by Maersk Line, Alphaliner said.
The other three owners will run the service with nine vessels of up to 10,600 teu.
