DP World has been cleared of allegations that it paid bribes to strike a long-term deal to operate a container terminal in Djibouti.
The government of Djibouti accused the terminal operator in 2014 of bribing the head of its port authority.
A panel operating under the London Court of International Arbitration dismissed Djibouti’s claims and ordered it to pay arbitration and other costs, Associated Press reported.
