Diana Shipping has confirmed winning a new time charter contract on a kamsarmax and extending a charter on a capesize, both with Cargill International at higher rates.
The Simeon Palios-led company announced today that it has entered into a time charter contract for the 82,131-dwt Myrto (built 2013) with the Geneva-based commodities mover.
The gross charter rate is $14,000 per day, minus a 4.75%
