The Cosco Americas offshoot claimsArcher Daniels Midland breached a service contract when it failed to cough upcash to cover freight, demurrage and other costs connected to cargoestransported and stored in the plaintiff’s containers.
The company, which maintains an officein the Garden State, is looking to claw back over $332,000 in addition tointerest, expenses and fees linked to the claim, which stems from invoices datingback to the summer of 2008.
