A Cosco-owned multi-purpose vessel came under attack from pirates on Friday in an area of the Indian Ocean which saw six Danish crew abducted from their vessel.
A ro-ro with an opaque ownership and management structure also avoided hijacking in the same area this afternoon, TradeWinds has learned.
