Finnish owner Containerships has made it back into the black in the first quarter as revenue rose.
Net profit to 31 March was EUR 0.6m ($0.67m), from a loss of EUR 1.1m in 2016.
Revenue rose to EUR 55.7m from EUR 49.1m over the same period.
Profitability improved on the back of better utilisation rates, driven mostly by operational efficiency measures and the positioning of empty containers, it said.
