Saudi Arabian shipowner Bahri and France's Bollore Group have formed a joint logistics operation in Riyadh.
BahriBollore Logistics will be 60%-owned by the Saudi state company, with Bollore holding the rest.
It will provide logistics and supply chain management to domestic and international companies.
Bahri chairman Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Mofadhi said: “The success of this joint venture signals the importance of collaboration in creating a wider positive impact on the sector.
