Korea's HMM is launching a new boxship run from China to Australia with Evergreen and APL.
The Australia No.1 Express (AX1) service covers Ningbo, Shanghai, Yantian, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane from 17 August.
The 4,728-teu Hyundai Supreme (built 2008) will begin the loop.
Previously, HMM had provided the service through a slot purchase from Maersk, MSC, ONE and Hamburg Sud.
