AP Moller-Maersk is open to the idea of building even bigger boxships although the behemoths penned in Korea are “probably the largest” that will be seen for a long while.



The Dane also claimed funding for the potential $5.7bn, 30-ship splash at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) is “secure” as it committed the 18,000-teu monsters to the Asia-Europe trade.
