Ousted JB Ugland Holding chief Kjell Rune Staddeland has been ordered to pay his former boss Johan Benad Ugland NOK 30m ($5m) in the latest twist in a heated legal battle between the pair.
Staddeland must pay back $2.4m which he acquired after the sale of the company’s shipping division to Siva Ventures of India in 2008, a local court in southern Norway has ruled.
