Northern Ireland’s Harland & Wolff shipyard has obtained the lion’s share of refit work that will be undertaken on Swedish ferry operator Stena Line’s Irish Sea fleet.

No less than than four of Stena’s ro-pax ferried will head to Belfast for dry-dockings between January and March next year.

These include the 27,500-gt Stena Horizon (built 2006), the 43,500-gt Stena Adventurer (built 2003), and the 30,300-gt sisterships Stena Superfast VII and Stena Superfast VIII (both built 2001).
