The company was brought in as risk management consultant for Dutch terminals group Royal Vopak's project to expand capacity at Vlissingen-Oost.
The biggest tanks had a diameter of 10.4m and were nearly 100m long, weighing 1,000 tonnes each.
They were made in northern Spain, where due to tidal limitations and draft restrictions at the quayside in Felguera, it was necessary to load each bullet on to a small barge.
This
