The master of a South Korean VLCC hijacked by Somali pirates over five months ago says the ship will run out of provisions by the end of the month.
Pirates high on khat have also become increasingly violent towards crew of the 319,000-dwt Samho Dream (built 2002) in the past week, the master told TradeWinds via satellite phone from the bridge on Wednesday.
