Seacor Holdings has named a new chief executive as Charles Fabrikant holds onto the role of chairman at the US offshore vessel owner.
Oivind Lorentzen has stepped into the CEO hot seat, the NYSE-listed outfit said in an announcement on Tuesday evening.
The president of shipowner Northern Navigation America has been chairman of Seacor’s audit committee and a board member for some time.
