Outgoing secretary general of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Koji Sekimizu has been awarded an honorary doctorate from England’s Plymouth University.
Sekimizu, who was recently replaced by Lim Ki-tak, received the business award at a special ceremony held at the university’s marine station.
