The UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) has reversed a decision to close two offices as it reviews its operations.
The aim is ensure there is a full maritime survey and inspection team covering the whole UK, with more remote working and a slight change to where some of the marine offices are based, it said.
The proposals will save more than £0.33m
