A messy divorce case has made headlines in the UK following an appeal court ruling about a conspiracy by three members of the Lykiardopulo family to produce fake documents to reduce a settlement.
The court allowed publication of the divorce proceedings rejecting the argument that disclosure of dishonesty or other misconduct in the divorce proceedings would damage the Greek shipping family’s tanker and bulk carrier business – presumably Lykiardopulo & Co and Neda Maritime.
