A new design has been unveiled for a cruiseship-like craft that could explore Arctic and Antarctic ice on tracks.
The non-profit organisation Imaginactive has published images of the Resolute, described as an "all-season, all-terrain vessel."
It is made to resemble a cruiseship, but instead of sailing, it will be equipped with caterpillar tracks or ultra-large heavy duty wheels depending on the terrain or its course.
