The revolution in 3D printing is posing security risks for shipping, a UK group has warned.
Security company G4S says the increasingly cheap technology is now within the reach of cargo thieves.
It added that law enforcement and industry professionals have reported the use of 3D printing to make counterfeit security devices in as little as 10 minutes.
With these, thieves are able to open cargo seals, as well as reproducing and replacing seals to hide signs of tampering.
