Long-serving Braemar Shipping Services director Alastair Farley is set to retire from the board.
Farley, a founding partner at Watson, Farley & Williams, has been a director of the brokerage since 2011 but will stand down next month.
Braemar chairman David Moorhouse CBE, said: "I would like to thank Alastair for the significant contribution he has made to Braemar during his tenure and wish him well for the future."
