Managers at Kondilis-led Larus SA are confirming market reports that the company is behind the purchase of the 93,900-dwt bulker Ao Hong Ma (built 2011) for $8.6m in Singapore.
Some brokers named a different firm — Kondinave — as the buyer.
Sources list no company under that name. However, some did mention it years ago: a Greek shipowners’ directory from 2000 shows an outfit called Kondinave operating out of the same Piraeus address as Larus, again featuring Kondilis as its representative.
