Kuwait Oil Tanker Co (KOTC) is seeking to renew and expand its fleet with eight newbuildings that will cost more than $430m, based on standard specifications.
The company has put out a tender for three very large gas carriers (VLGCs) of between 82,000 cbm and 84,000 cbm.
It is also looking for yards to build a 317,000-dwt VLCC and four 50,000-dwt medium-range (MR) products carriers.
