A small Chinese-owned chemical tanker has reportedly been arrested in Singapore, latest court documents show.

The 10,400-dwt Yue You 902 (built 1998) was detained by Singapore's admiralty sheriff at lunchtime on Thursday, TradeWinds understands.

The vessel, which is said to be controlled by Guangdong Pearl River Tanker, was detained on the instructions of law firm Rajah & Tann LLP.

AIS data shows the ship presently moored to the southwest of Singapore between Tuas and Jurong Island in position 01° 22.86'N,
