Indonesian exports of biodiesel to Europe are providing a welcome fillip for product tankers, according to a Greek shipbroker.
“The country is expected to ship about 500,000t of biodiesel to Europe this year, against to almost nothing in 2017,” says Intermodal broker Stelios Kollintzas.
“The European union re-moved last march the duties on biodiesel imports from several Indonesian producers.
