Fujairah National Shipping (FNS) is about to launch a new technology platform it says will enable it to totally digitalise its wide range of port and agency services.
FNS believes the system, allied to its existing capabilities, will help it become one of the top three maritime services companies in the Middle East Gulf by the end of 2018.
Chief executive Sanjeev Sarin, a former Inchcape Shipping Services executive, says the platform and the firm’s portfolio of diverse services, including inhouse ship management and repair crewing, bunkering, warehousing and oil storage, will make it the region’s ‘one-stop-shop’ maritime group.
