Victor Restis-controlled OSV owner Golden Offshore Energy Services is to make its trading debut in Oslo on Thursday morning.
The Oslo Bors said it had received an application for admission to the Merkur market and its listing committee had approved it.
Merkur is an alternative board for companies that are not public limited ASAs.
They can seek greater visibility and liquidity for their shares with the opportunity of electronic share trading.
